Man who spent £55,000 to look like Joey Essex wants MORE surgery because he's not content with the results


The 25-year-old, from Birmingham, has confessed he still isn't satisfied with his appearance and is eager for further enhancements.
Specifically, he said he will undergo surgery for a new nose job, hair loss treatment, filler for his lips, cheeks, chin and jaw.

Speaking to the Birmingham Mail , he said: "I hate who I have become and how I look. I am never happy with the way I look and this is down to my body dysmorphia.
“I’m having work to hopefully erase the stigma attached to me, I hate who I become and how I look. I want to be unrecognisable. I want to be me now and not base my image on someone else like Joey Essex.
“I want people to say I look amazing. I will be spending around £20,000 on the treatment in total and I am half way through it. I have been having treatment at Aesthetica Medispa in Birmingham.”
Body dysmophia is a mental disorder characterized by the obsessive idea that some aspect of one’s own appearance is severely flawed and warrants exceptional measures to hide or fix it.

Sam has spent an astonishing £50,000 in the past on procedures including teeth straightening and Botox to look like the Only Way is Essex star.
But the former Sutton Coldfield barman wants to transform the way he looks and move away from the Joey Essex image.
Sam, who is the grandson of Tony Barton, Aston Villa’s European Cup winning manager, first hit the headlines after revealing he had a free nose job on the NHS.
Despite having body dysmorphia, he's more than happy to pose shirtless 
He later applied for free Botox treatment for life to combat the anxiety that his ‘new-found fame’ had provoked.
Sam previously spent £20,000 on his teeth, £5,000 on Botox and £10,400 on a nose job.
He later revealed he was declaring himself bankrupt after racking up debts of £35,000 living a champagne lifestyle, blowing up to £2,000 on a night out.
