Catherine Zeta-Jones celebrates 17th wedding anniversary to Michael Douglas by sharing throwback snap of their £1.1 million wedding day


Catherine Zeta-Jones has had a walk down memory lane - or rather down memory aisle - as she celebrates another year of marriage to Michael Douglas.
The 48-year-old Welsh beauty tied-the-knot with the 73-year-old Hollywood legend back in the year 2000.
But for Catherine and Michael, it would seem life is as perfect now as it was then.
Taking to Instagram on Saturday, Cath shared a photo of herself and her husband walking hand in hand on their wedding day.

She wrote: "17 years ago today, I said ‘I do’ to my best friend and father of our two and a half month old son.”
She continued: "Thought it could never get better than that day, but it did.”
She added: "Happy anniversary darling, Michael. With you, in my life, and Dylan and Carys, every day could be a twelve hour fantastic party at the Plaza in New York. Love you. #love#lovestrong."
The image showed Catherine and Michael walking down the aisle on their big day after they swapped vows.

Catherine looked radiant in her wedding gown by designer Christian Lacroix that was said to have cost $140,000 (over £105,000).
The dress was custom made and hand beaded and was just one of the many lavish parts of the $1.5 million wedding day (£1.13 million).
Catherine and Michael tied-the-knot in front of family and friends - and fellow celebrities including Goldie Hawn and Jack Nicholson.
