Ant McPartlin shows off beach body as he braves the waves with his mates Down Under


Ant McPartlin has been making the most of his down time, hitting the beach with his pals in between filming for I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here.
Looking happy and healthy, the TV host joined his BFF Declan Donnelly, his wife Ali Astall, manager Rachel Jones and other buddies for a swim near their apartment in Cabarita Beach today.
Bracing himself against the waves Ant, 42, showed off his tan in a pair of orange board shorts as he mucked around in the surf with his mates.
The gang recently helped Ant celebrate his 42nd birthday, gifting him with a cake featuring his and wife Lisa Armstrong's beloved dog Hurley.

Dec also made the most of their down time
"Thanks to all for me lovely cake!! Who wants a slice????" he captioned the snap.
He also got another cake from the posh hotel he's thought to be staying at during the jungle antics.
"And another cake! Thank you to all at the Versace hotel," he wrote before sticking the sugar sign on his forehead.

Taking to Twitter, Lisa, who is chief make-up artist for Strictly Come Dancing, wrote: “I’m not estranged, thank-you.”
Dealing out the information via a series of hashtags, she added: “#writewhatyouwant #haventbeentoOzfor10years #ihaveajob #allaloadofmadeupshit #imnotestrangedthank-you #asyouwere.”
Ant and Lisa have been happily married since 2006 
Fans rallied around the make-up artist, with one tweeting back: “Get them told!”
